BE Meditation: New Year – Actualize Your Dream is an experiential 7-day meditation journey designed to help you clarify your intentions and embody them—rather than just think about them.
Meditation is more than relaxation. It is a deliberate mental and physical process that shapes attention, perception, emotion, and the nervous system. In this course, you will explore both static and dynamic forms of BE Meditation, learning how movement and stillness work together to support sustainable change.
Rooted in traditional Korean mind–body training and informed by modern brain science, BE Meditation emphasizes embodiment—feeling your intention in your body, aligning your energy, and taking action from a centered state.

Over seven days, you will be guided to:

Hope Ihm
Educator, manager, scientist, and leader in Brain Education and Earth Management with 20+ years of experience teaching yoga, tai-chi, meditation, brain education with background in science research. Compassionate teacher, mentor, and coach for the clients, employees, mentees and public. Believer of active community outreach. She is currently serving as a chief academic officer at the Institute of Brain Education.
