Course Overview

Don’t have the time to visit Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat? Now you can learn and practice the art of conscious living at home or on the go, 24/7.  Mindfulness Classes are part of a mindful-based healing community designed for you to learn and practice mindful exercises, meditation, mind-body connection, and spiritual wisdom.

Our ancient healing methods are designed to help improve your health, boost your happiness, and restore your peace. We make a curated selection of past live classes available here.  We invite all practitioners–whether you’re a beginner or experienced–to participate.  Currently, there are mainly 1-hour classes, but we will be adding some shorter sessions too.

Dahari Kronenberg

Lead LMC Trainer
Dahari Kronenberg is a holistic fitness instructor and Tao practitioner with 12+ years of teaching experience. He combines physical and spiritual disciplines for holistic well-being. His kind and funny nature fosters a welcoming environment for students. 

Amy Lange (JJ)

Tao Trainer
Amy has been actively involved in the wellness field for nearly 20 years. With experience in yoga, tai chi, breathing & meditation, posture/alignment care, and spiritual & energy healing, Amy can guide you to your next level physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually.

MJ Kim

Sedona Mago cOO/Tao trainer
MJ Kim is an experienced energy practitioner dedicated to helping people on their healing and spiritual journey. She specializes in guided meditation, life coaching, qigong, and yoga, with over 20 years of worldwide training experience.

Junghee Jang

Tao trainer
Junghee has been teaching Tao Healing for over 20 years.  Currently you can see her at Mago as the coordinator and subtrainer of Finding True Self and Sedona Wellness Retreat. Her mission is to share her years of experience in health and healing to help you improve your well-being and create a more satisfying life.

Daniel Jung

Operations manager/tao trainer
Daniel has been teaching mind-body training programs for 20 years, based on traditional Korean healing philosophy. He is a Life Coach, Position Therapy Trainer, and Qigong Master. His warm and light-hearted approach leaves a lasting impact on his students.
