During the Course: If you start a course and during the course a cancellation is needed, simply email
info@sedonamagoretreat.org for a partial refund based on the cancellation request date.
After the Course Ends: Once the course is complete, there will be no refunds.
Special Conditions: If you find in any of the above situations that there is a special case condition (illness, death in the family, emergency, etc.) please email

Automatic Renewal: The credit card holder's account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on final date of month if no corresponding date (a January 31 subscription renews on February 28 for example.)
How to Cancel:
1. Login to Mago On Demand and access your Account.2. On this page, you will find a Cancel Subscription button.
3. When clicked, a pop-up message will appear for confirmation.
4. If you proceed, then the Your Account page will display a button for the optional reactivation of the same subscription plan or the option to choose another one by clicking on the Change button (if available).
Notes on Cancellation:- When you cancel your subscription, this results in the automatic un-enrollment from the courses included in the subscription plan in the next billing cycle. Until then, the subscription is scheduled for cancellation, (meaning you still have access) as you have paid for that billing cycle.
- If you cancel your subscription plan, days or months before the renewal date, the re-activation button will be shown until the renewal date will pass. So, you will not be able to re-activate it later via the Account page. You will need to go ahead and purchase it as new.
- If you cancel your subscription plan while in a trial period, you will continue to have access to the plan until the expiration of the trial period.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable; except that you may cancel a recently renewed subscription by contacting
info@sedonamagoretreat.org withing two (2) calendar days after the renewal date and receive a full refund of the new subscription fees.
